Bari, Trani, Castel del Monte and Alberobello

Breakfast at hotel. Departure for Trani, the "Pearl of Puglia", with its splendid Romanesque cathedral overlooking the sea. Continuing towards Castel del Monte, UNESCO World Heritage Site, an octagonal castle unique in the world desired by Frederick II of Swabia. In the afternoon arrival in Alberobello, the city of trulli UNESCO World Heritage Site. Overnight and dinner at hotel.

Alberobello, Matera, Alberobello

Breakfast at hotel. Departure for Matera, capital of the Basilicata region and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guided tour of the Sassi, ancient dwellings carved into the rock that tell millennia of history. Visit to rupestrian churches and historic districts. Return to Alberobello in the afternoon. Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni and Lecce

Breakfast at hotel. Visit to Locorotondo, village certified as one of Italy's most beautiful, with its white houses and flowered balconies. Continuing to Ostuni, the "White City", perched on three hills and overlooking the Adriatic coast. Transfer to Lecce, capital of Apulian Baroque. Accommodation in a 4-star hotel and dinner. Overnight in Lecce.

Lecce, Otranto and Dinner at Masseria

Breakfast at hotel. Guided tour of Lecce, the "Florence of the South". Visit to the Basilica of Santa Croce, masterpiece of Lecce Baroque, Piazza del Duomo, the Roman Amphitheater and the historic center rich in churches and palaces carved in Lecce stone. Free afternoon for shopping and relaxation. Dinner at hotel. Overnight in Lecce. Departure from Lecce to Otranto, certified village overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Visit to the Cathedral with medieval floor mosaic and relics of the Martyrs of Otranto, the Aragonese Castle and the historic center. In late afternoon, transfer to the Masseria for a typical Apulian dinner in an authentic and evocative atmosphere. Return to Lecce. Overnight.

Lecce, Gallipoli, Lecce

Breakfast at hotel. Excursion to Gallipoli, the pearl of Salento with Greek origins and the cosmopolitan soul of Italian youth. You will discover wild beaches surrounded by dunes and pine forests—the paradise known as the "Maldives of Italy"—along with the fascinating historic center with its ancient walls and lively tourist port. In the afternoon, return to Lecce for a walk among the Baroque masterpieces of its historic center. Overnight.

Lecce, Martina Franca, Lunch at Masseria, Bari

Breakfast at hotel. Departure for Martina Franca, an elegant town in Valle d'Itria famous for its Baroque historic center and traditions. Visit of the center and free time. Lunch at Masseria Zona Fasano, immersed in the Apulian countryside, with tasting of typical products. In the afternoon transfer to Bari. Accommodation in a 4-star hotel. Overnight in Bari.

Day 8 – Bari, Polignano, Monopoli, Bari

Breakfast at hotel. Last day with an immersion in the most fascinating coastal Puglia. After breakfast, we will guide you through two Mediterranean jewels: Monopoli, with its noble palaces and churches hidden in medieval alleys, a legacy of medieval wealth thanks to trade with Constantinople. Then Polignano a Mare, the city that gave birth to Domenico Modugno and the famous "Volare". Perched on cliffs overlooking the sea, it offers spectacular views such as Lama Monachile. Free time to discover local boutiques, artisan workshops and enjoy an aperitivo in the main square, breathing the authentic atmosphere of Puglia. Return to Bari.
